  • Most start with a 5-week sprint focused on ICP, messaging, sales process, and demand gen. Some continue with ongoing support.

  • If I see major blockers early, I call them out. Together, we adjust quickly and don’t waste your time or budget.

  • Evaluate:

    1. Did the advisor have startup experience?

    2. Did the Advisor have financial services experience?

    3. How did their advice help propel you forward?

    4. Was the advisor open if he/she did not have expertise and willing to pull in other view points.

  • Yes. I offer monthly support for execution, growth planning, or campaign optimization.

  • No. But I often use FedFis (data), HubSpot (CRM), and Zapier (automation). We’ll work with what you have and recommend only what helps. The pricing for services does not include costs associated with tech stack or data.

  • Yes, if an intro makes sense, I’m happy to make it. But introductions are not guaranteed or included as part of the service.

  • Yes, I can attend events on your behalf or augment your team when needed, but that’s scoped separately and agreed on a case-by-case basis. I also help you identify which events are worth your time and how to show up with a clear plan.
